Chairman's Message

On behalf of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association, we wish to extend a warm welcome to everyone attending the 19th Annual St. George Area Parade of Homes.

Throughout the last year, top architects, builders, trade partners and designers in the area have dedicated themselves to producing homes that represent the best in quality, value and innovation the industry has to offer.

Whether you are looking for a new home, looking for ideas for your existing home or just want an entertaining look around, you are sure to have a great experience at the Parade of Homes. We hope that you enjoy the beauty and craftsmanship in each of the homes showcased. The many different unique styles and features that are produced are what have made the St. George Area Parade of Homes one of the finest in the country.

Whether you visit all 26 homes over the full ten days of the event, or just see a few of the exquisite homes in the Parade, you will be amazed by the hard-work and creativity of some of Southern Utah’s best home builders and designers.
