Chairman's Message

Welcome to the 17th Annual St George Area Parade of Homes. The Parade has evolved dramatically from its humble beginnings back in 1991 when the first Parade opened with 6,000 attendees, 15 homes and only 55 members of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association. Last year boasted more than 35,000 attendees viewing 25 gorgeous homes presented by an association that has grown to over 750 members! This year�s homes, no doubt, will continue the tradition of excellence in showcasing spectacular homes built by some of the best builders and craftsmen in the country.

The members of our association are people who believe strongly in their community and are committed to building homes and neighborhoods where you can enjoy the quality of life that is a St. George area trade mark. Take the time to get to know people and feel the relaxing life style of Utah�s Dixie and you will never want to leave. The recreation opportunities are endless in every direction, the golf beyond compare, and the people, the friendliest you�ll find anywhere on earth.

Take your time while you stroll through the homes to notice the exceptional workmanship. Notice all the incredible decorating ideas from dozens of talented decorators who have poured their hearts and souls into these homes. Visit the display booths in the garages and you will discover many wonderful ideas and products that make building a home in our area the exciting experience it has become for thousands of new residence in the past few years.
