Southern Utah holds a fascination for many visitors; with it's scenic red cliffs, sunny location and friendly atmosphere. This annual event sponsored by the Southern Utah Home Builders Association is the Parade of Homes. Thank you for making this part of your visit; your support throughout the years has elevated the Parade to a highly successful event. A warm welcome to new visitors who are experiencing the Parade for the first time—you won't be disappointed.

The wealth of talent displayed by our Parade committee members and SUHBA staff organizing this year's Parade of Homes was most impressive. Countless hours have been invested in coordinating and orchestrating this major event. SUHBA marches forward as a recognized association of home builders and associates. With its 700 plus members, the benefit of their skills and resources is a great contributing factor in Southern Utah's economy. "We build communities, our tools are education, communication, participation and advocacy" is our mission statement, and continues as a guideline and purpose to the daily lives of members of SUHBA.

During your tour, take time to notice the detail of construction and design of the homes — the home builders, associate members and craftsmen have worked as fine-tuned teams to create homes worthy of their Parade position. The homes showcase the wide variety of talents and skills in our industry here in Southern Utah. I sincerely hope your experience in this year Parade of Homes leaves you awed, inspired and appreciative of all the hours of hard work to make this event a reality.
