Parade Chairman's Message    Kurt Thompson  |  KDT Construction, Inc. On behalf of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association, I am honored to welcome you to the 2005 St. George Area Parade of Homes. This year is exciting because it is our fifteenth year anniversary. Over the years, our Parade has grown into one of the best Parades of Homes in the nation. We have accomplished this through strategic planning, consistency, hard work and a determination to provide the best that Southern Utah has to offer. Every year the builders, designers, subcontractors, and material suppliers showcase the latest in building products and technology. This year is no exception. Each home represents thousands of hours of work by hundreds of skilled and dedicated professionals. This our "Super Bowl" of building. Be sure to stop by the garage in each home to meet our "All Star" exhibitors. Many have been instrumental in the creation of the home you tour. We are very proud of the beautiful area in which we live. Southern Utah has some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere in the world. Utah's Dixie is a great place to live and visit. We at the Southern Utah Home Builders Association recognize this. One of the important aspects of our association is to work with the local municipalities to help in the planning and development of communities that will enhance the beauties of our area. We are active partners in the economic development of our area to create jobs to secure a bright future for our communities. I am proud to be one of the many builders that have placed a home in the Parade over the years. Every year, we work extremely hard to make this an enjoyable experience for you.
