The 14th Annual St. George Area Parade of Homes is the perfect opportunity to promote your

The Parade of Homes is promoted utilizing a strong advertising campaign, including television,
newspapers, magazines, flyers, posters, and a billboard on Interstate 15. Over 26,000 visitors
attended the 2003 Parade of Homes!

The nationally recognized, award winning St. George Area Parade of Homes is a unique once-a-
year event. Homebuyers, homeowners, and contractors keep the Parade of Homes Magazine for
years to come as a reference for the "Best In Southern Utah Building". The fine quality
magazine is perfect for display on tabletops in any home. Because of increasing demand,
quantities have been increased to 22,000 copies for the 2004 St. George Area Parade of
Homes.

Approved signs placed in or outside of Parade
homes is a great way to promote your company to thousands of visitors. It's simple. Many
potential customers see a product used in a home they like and want to contact the company. The
potential customer views the sign and takes a business card. SUHBA members can use the signs
year after year without any advertising fee. A business must have product in a Parade home to
place their signs in or outside the home.
To order new interior/exterior signs (link to page with external/internal sign samples), please call
Rainbow Sign & Banner at (435) 628-5107. Place your sign order prior to February 6, 2004 to
prevent a 20% rush charge. To download signage policy please click here.
Upon completion of the Parade of Homes, all interior/exterior signs will be available for pick-up
at the SUHBA office from February 25th - March 12th. All remaining signs left after March 12th
will be placed in storage for the year at a cost of $10 per sign.

Now accepting reservations for advertising on the 2004 St. George Area Parade of Homes
website www.paradehomes.com.
The following is general information regarding banner advertising. Please contact Mari Smith
mari@suhba.com or call 435-674-1400 if you have any questions.
The website is being promoted in all advertising including many magazine publications in Utah
and Nevada, newspapers, promotional flyers, posters, I-15 billboard (year round) and television
ads. The number of banner ads will be limited to only twenty. Reservations will be completed
on a first-come basis to all SUHBA members.
Banner ads will be displayed on a rotating basis. They will be located towards the top of the
Main Page and on different pages from the menu bar.
COST
• $300 for banner design and service
• $250 for same ad used in previous year (s) or provide a banner ad ready for display. (No new
design service.)
PROCEDURE
• SUHBA members fill out "Banner Advertising Request" form and fax to (435) 674-2866
• SUHBA will invoice member based on above pricing
• Member contacts Clear Vision, Karl-Erik Bennion at karlerik@infowest.com or call
(435)688-8988 for banner ad design or to make arrangements to use existing banner ad.
