| General Information |
|
The St. George Area Parade of Homes is the perfect venue for builders, developers,
interior decorators,subcontractors and vendors to join together with the Southern Utah Home Builders
Association to demonstrate the American Dream at its finest.
For potential homebuyers and many who are looking for great ideas in decorating,
the Parade of Homes allows them a chance to dream, and a chance to see beautiful designs,
state-of-the-art techniques and materials and magnificent decorating.
The St. George Area Parade of Homes is a scattered-site show.
The homes are located in a variety of communities located in Washington County,
Utah. This nationally recognized event, presented by the Southern Utah Home Builders
Association and Far West Bank, will extend for a full 10 days.
The time required to tour all 25 homes in the Parade (at a comfortable pace, taking rest stops, etc.)
is two days. However visitors may choose to visit any amount of homes on display and in any order.
Visitors to our Parade receive a beautiful Parade Plan Book, a map and a ticket.
Signs are strategically placed along the roads to direct the attendees in the self-guided
tour to the homes in the show.
Visitors may choose to follow the signs or take off on their own in the order of their choice.
It is recommended that visitors wear casual, comfortable clothing. Please wear shoes that are easily
removable since you will be asked to carry them as you tour the homes.
Visitors enter Parade homes at their own risk. The Southern Utah Home Builders Association assumes
no liability for injuries incurred while on the premises.

| Tickets |
|
Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Thursday, February 13, 2003 at 6:00 p.m.
They may be purchased at Lin's Market Service desks (located in Cedar City, Hurricane,
Richfield and St. George, Utah or Overton, Nevada) or center court of Red Cliffs Mall in
St. George, Utah. The ticket entitles each visitor admittance to each of the homes once
during the 10 day event. The ticket has an additional benefit allowing one repeat
admittance to a home of your choice. Visitors will need to purchase a new ticket
if re-entry exceeds more than one time. The tickets may be used any time during the 10 day period.
All tickets are $10 each for admittance to the homes. We offer no senior or child discount.
Children two years & older are required to purchase a ticket. Children under two years
must be carried by an adult. No strollers or carriages allowed.
Individuals visiting the homes will be asked (at the discretion of the builder) to remove their shoes
upon entering. It is recommended that comfortable, easy-to-remove shoes be worn while visiting the homes.
The Parade of Homes accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, checks (with check guarantee) and cash.

|
100 exhibitors will be exhibiting the latest in building products and services in the garages

| Designer Sale |
|
| As you tour the homes featured in the 2003 Parade you will notice a sign
at the entrance of each entry that will let you know if any or all of
the items (furnishings, accessories,etc) displayed are for sale by the
decorators. All items must remain in the homes until the close of the
show on February 23, but may be purchased during the entire run of the
2003 St. George Area Parade of Homes. |
