Brooks Pace, President of the Dammeron Corp., has been a General Contractor since 1979. His first job was the
development and building of Ancestor Square. Following that he built several custom and spec homes in Dammeron
Valley. Brooks spends most of his time these days concentrating on his development activities in Dammeron Valley
and at Entrada at Snow Canyon. Brooks is a fourth generation descendant of the St. George pioneers. He has
four children and lives in Dammeron Valley.
