The 2002 Parade of Homes Banquet will be a sit-down dinner held on February 14, 2002 (Valentine's Day) at 7:00 p.m. at the Dixie Center. The Parade of Homes Banquet will be the kickoff for the 2002 St. George Area Parade of Homes.
We are pleased to announce our keynote speaker for this year will be Shawna Schuh, a very high humored and energetic speaker. You may not recognize Shawna as a famous celebrity, but we guarantee you won't want to miss her speak! Read her biographical information below to find out more about Shawna Schuh.
Make plans now to join us in the celebration and kickoff to the 12th annual St. George Area Parade of Homes. Tickets cost $25 per person, or $200 for a table of eight, and go on sale at the SUHBA office February 1, 2002. Shawna Schuh guarantees energy! She also guarantees an atmosphere of high humor and high impact information wrapped around original and highly humorous stories. With over twenty years experience in communication, human relations and all forms of etiquette for business and social situations, Shawna knows how to deliver an entertaining and education presentation!
Shawna is the author of the motivational book, "51 Ways To Pick Up Your Get Up & Go!" and the electronic book, "How to Out Finesse the Competition", as well as five educational booklets on social graces. Shawna has been in business since 1983, is a registered instructor for vocational schools in the state of Oregon, and has even taught MBA students how to mind their manners! She is a member of Screen Actors Guild, American Federation of Radio & Television Artists, Fashion Group International of Portland, and the National Speakers Association. In addition she sits on several boards to further education in Oregon. She's a high humor speaker who gives high impact information!
Note: Shawna is the daughter of a builder and is very familiar with the building industry. She has been a keynote speaker for many events presented by the National Association of Home Builders.
