The St. George Area Parade of Homes is a scattered-site show. The homes are located in a variety of communities located in Washington County, Utah. The time required to tour all 25 homes in the Parade (at a comfortable pace, taking rest stops, etc.) is two days. However visitors may choose to visit any amount of homes on display and in any order.

Visitors to our Parade receive a Parade Plan Book, a map and a ticket. Signs are strategically placed along the roads to direct the attendees in the self-guided tour to the homes in the show.

Visitors may choose to follow the signs or take off on their own in the order of their choice.

It is recommended that visitors wear casual, comfortable clothing. Please wear shoes that are easily removable since you will be asked to carry them as you tour the homes.

Visitors enter Parade homes at your own risk. The Southern Utah Home Builders Association assumes no liability for injuries incurred while on the premises.

Tickets

Tickets will be available through this website in advance. You may also begin purchasing them locally at Lin's Market Service desks or center court of Red Cliffs Mall on Wednesday, February 10 at 6 P.M. The ticket admits the visitor to each home once during the 8 days of the event. The tickets may be used any time during that period.

All tickets are $7 each for admittance to the homes. We offer no senior or child discount. Children old enough to walk (or not small enough for the parents to carry through the homes) are required to purchase a ticket.

Individuals visiting the homes will be asked (at the discretion of the builder) to remove their shoes upon entering. It is recommended that comfortable, easy-to-remove shoes be worn while visiting the homes.

The Parade of Homes accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, checks (with check guarantee) and cash.

Exhibitors

100 exhibitors will be exhibiting the latest in building products and services in the garages of these beautiful homes. For more information regarding leasing of exhibition space contact our office at (435) 674-1400.

Designer Sale

As you tour the homes featured in the 1998 Parade you will notice a sign at the entrance of each entry that will let you know if any or all of the items (furnishings, accessories,etc) displayed are for sale by the decorators. All items must remain in the homes until the close of the show on February 20, but may be purchased during the entire run of the 1999 Parade of Homes
