 Craig Sullivan began in construction twenty years ago with his dad, Leo. They started traditions of honesty, hard work, respect, and old fashioned friendliness. They believed in the golden rule of treating others as they'd like to be treated, and people responded. They built hundreds of homes throughout Southern Utah, and established community ties with those for whom they built. James Sullivan grew up working at S & S, and when the time came for Leo to retire, James took his place as partner in S & S Homes, Inc.
