Chairman's Message

Welcome to the 20th Anniversary of the St. George Area Parade of Homes. This is going to be another great year featuring fabulous homes. I would like to share some brief facts about the Parade of Homes here in Southern Utah. In 1991, our first year presenting the Parade, we started with 15 homes and sold around 6,000 tickets … 20 shows and 20 years later, we have 24 homes on display and estimate approximately 30,000 tickets will be distributed. We have become known worldwide, and people come from all over to visit the Parade of Homes. We are very proud of this event and it would not be the show that it is, if it were not for the hard working staff of SUHBA, the Parade Committee, and of course all of the builders, trade contractors, designers, and sponsors that participate in this wonderful event.

If this is your first time or if you are returning for the 20th time, we are confident you will not be disappointed in the fine craftsmanship put forth by the builders and their trade contractors in these beautiful homes. High standards have been set by many of the current participants and those of years past. Please take the time to notice the exceptional workmanship and decorating ideas displayed by those that have poured their hearts and souls into these homes.

We are honored that you have chosen to attend the St. George Area Parade of Homes and we hope you will take the time to see and enjoy as many homes as possible. I would like to thank the SUHBA staff for all of their hard work and commitment to this special event. I would also like to thank the Parade of Homes Committee for sacrificing the time to make this event possible.
